Work for GPAC

Interested in working for GPAC?

We are always looking for qualified individuals for part time or substitute work. These part time positions could lead to more hours and a greater role with GPAC if positions become available.

All positions require a completed GPAC Application.


Swim Lesson Instructors - CPR is required. Preferred certifications include First Aid, Lifeguarding and Water Safety Instructor.

Swim Coaches - These positions require a completed Non-Athlete Application from USA Swimming, Certifications in CPR, First Aid and Coaches Water Safety (Lifeguarding and an online test satisfy this requirement). Additionally, coaches must pass Athlete Protection Training, undergo a Criminal Background Screening and go through Pre-employment Screening.


GPAC Application - Please be sure to fill out all areas of the application as GPAC needs the information to to pre-employment screening. This screening is required by USA Swimming (see the section on pre-employment screening below)

Pre-Employment Autorization - This document autorizes GPAC to conduct a pre-employment screening on you as an applicant as required by USA Swimming. Your signature is required. GPAC is required to notify applicants from California, Oklahoma and Minnesota of the nature and scope of such reports. Please read the following if you are applying from one of the listed states.
