Meet Results: Ferrara and Page Compete
at Zone Championships
GPAC swimmers, Brooke Ferrara and Caroline Page, competed at the Southern Zone Championships at Georgia Tech.
Brooke and Caroline were selected to this All Star Team based on their performances from the 2010 Long Course Meter Southeastern Swimming Championships. This was Brooke’s first selection to the zone team while Caroline has been selected on 4 occasions.
Brooke swam 6 individual events and her highest placing was in the 50 Meter Backstroke where she finished in 12th place with a time of :33.55. Caroline also swam 6 individual events. Her highest placing was 9th in the 200 Meter Backstroke with a time of 2:26.14. Caroline also was a member of the All Star Teams relays for the 13-14 girls age group where the 200 Freestyle Relay finished in 2nd place and the 200 Medley Relay finished in 4th place. Congratulations to Brooke and Caroline, you make GPAC proud!

The Panama City Swim Team will be hosting it's annual short course invitational this September. They will have a 13 & Older Sprint Pentathlon on Friday night (50's of each stroke and 100 IM), as well as a near full order of events for all ages on Saturday and Sunday.
